Welcome to Posthouse Publishing

Posthouse Publishing is based on Orkney and specialises in producing non- fiction illustrated books. We either publish these ourselves or produce for other publishers. We specialise in  those related to food, drink and travel but we also publish books relating to all things railway because that's my real passion.

  I have just completed work on The Story of Whisky by Charles Maclean and Gavin D. Smith which will be published by Pavilion Books in September.

  My latest book Scotland, Stills & Mash a guide to Distilleries, Breweries and Wineries will be published in March.

  I am a regular judge in the World Whisky Awards, a previous Managing Editor of Whisky Magazine and work part time at Highland Park Distillery taking tours and tasting events.
